Vsync not working and annoying screen tearing

Specs: Ryzen 7 170 (7735HS), Radeon 680M iGPU, 16GB RAM DDR5

Hello, I have been encountering an annoying screen tearing when playing the game. I have turned on Vsync in-game and on AMD Adrenaline, limiting FPS both in minecraft and in my graphics settings, did every possible screen tearing fixes and nothing worked. I really hope this will be fixed, it is annoying to play Minecraft with that line passing by every few seconds
