The Bug:

Recipes for tipped arrows are listed in the miscellaneous tab of the recipe book, unlike arrows and spectral arrows.

Arrows and spectral arrows are crafted from the equipment tab of the recipe book, but the tipped arrow recipe is filed under miscellaneous, therefore introducing an inconsistency.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Give yourself all the recipes in the game by using the command provided below.

   /recipe give @s *

2. Give yourself a lingering potion of swiftness and some arrows by using the commands provided below.

   /give @s minecraft:lingering_potion[minecraft:potion_contents={potion:"minecraft:swiftness"}]

   /give @s minecraft:arrow 8

3. Place down a crafting table and open the recipe book.

4. Open the equipment tab (the iron axe and gold sword icon), and notice how the recipes for arrows and spectral arrows are there.

5. Open the miscellaneous tab (the lava bucket and apple icon), and notice how the recipes for tipped arrows are there.

Observed Behavior:

The tipped arrow recipe is in the miscellaneous tab.

Expected Behavior:

The tipped arrow recipe would be in the equipment tab, just like arrows and spectral arrows.
