Unlike most Undead monsters in the Overworld, Parched and Frostbites do not appear in Trial Chambers.
While not a bug in the typical sense, I view this as an unintuitive inconsistency in Gameplay, and their inclusion would provide a notable increase in challenge variety, one of the key elements of Trial Chambers.
