Cat collars flash red when the cat takes damage, unlike wolf collars

The Bug:

Cat collars flash red when the cat takes damage, unlike wolf collars.

When a tamed wolf is hurt, its body flashes red but its collar keeps its color. This is not the case with cats, therefore introducing an inconsistency.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Summon a cat with a collar by using the command provided below.

   /summon minecraft:cat ~ ~ ~ {NoAI:1b,CollarColor:3b,Owner:"Mojira"}

2. Attack the cat and watch its collar closely as it flashes red.

Observed Behavior:

The cat collar flashes red.

Expected Behavior:

The cat collar would not flash red.
