Non-frostbite zombie variants do not know how to use an ice ball, even if converted from a frostbite

If a frostbite drowns, he turns into a zombie, I suppose this is working perfectly. But, if he holds an ice cube before drowning, he keeps it, but use it as a melee weapon instead of a ranged projectile.
