Up to now, ocelot still counts as monster category when it spawns while it counts as creature category when the game counts the mob cap. This causes ocelot can spawn without limit when monsters' amount is lower than 70, even if creatures' amount reaches 10. This may cause unlimited spawning of ocelot and significantly affect the performance of the game.
Steps:
1.Create a new world, use “superflat“ world type, and select “customize“->”presets”, change biome “plains“ to “jungle“;
2.Open debug screen, press f3+f6, set “entity_spawn_counts“ as “in overlay“ or “always”;
3.The debug screen will show different categories of mob amount, C is for creature, run in the world to let the slimes despawn, and ocelot will spawn over 10 or even 70(the monster mob cap).
The ocelot amount should be limited in 10.
Environment
