▏ to my Microsoft Order History, the transaction status is marked as "Completed" (Order ID:

▏ However, the cape has not appeared on my Minecraft account. It is not available in either the
▏ Minecraft Launcher (Java Edition skin customization) or the in-game Dressing Room (Bedrock
▏ Edition).
