Bug Report For Cauldron

Summary: Dispenser with empty bucket cannot collect water, lava, or powder snow from a filled cauldron

Description:
When a dispenser containing an empty bucket is activated and faces a cauldron filled with water, lava, or powder snow, the dispenser does not collect the fluid. Instead, it ejects the empty bucket as an item.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Place a cauldron and fill it completely with water (or lava / powder snow).

2. Place a dispenser facing the cauldron.

3. Put an empty bucket inside the dispenser.

4. Activate the dispenser with a redstone signal.

Observed Result:
The dispenser drops the empty bucket item in front of it. The cauldron remains unchanged.

Expected Result:
The dispenser should behave like a player using an empty bucket on the cauldron: the fluid is removed from the cauldron, and the bucket inside the dispenser becomes the corresponding filled bucket (water bucket / lava bucket / powder snow bucket).

Why this is inconsistent:
A dispenser with a bucket already interacts correctly with non-cauldron fluid sources: it can place and pick up water, lava, and powder snow from the world. The cauldron is the only fluid container where this interaction fails, despite players being able to perform the same action manually. This breaks redstone-based fluid automation that otherwise follows consistent rules.
