The Bug:

Keyboard focus remains on a book's page arrow after it disappears on the first or last page.

When turning the pages of a book with the keyboard, the page arrow disappears on the first page, or on the last page of a written book, but it keeps the focus. This means that nothing is highlighted, and pressing the enter or space key does nothing until tab is pressed and a new element is focused.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Give yourself a book and quill by using the command provided below.

   /give @s minecraft:writable_book

2. Open it, press the tab key to focus the next page arrow, and then press the enter key.

3. Press the shift + tab keys to focus the previous page arrow, and then press the enter key.

4. Observe if anything is still highlighted.

5. Use your mouse cursor to switch over to the next page and observe if the previous page button is still selected via the keyboard.

Observed Behavior:

Keyboard focus remains on a book's page arrow after it disappears on the first or last page.

Expected Behavior:

The focus would move to something that's still shown, such as the other page arrow.
