Dolphins stop being visible at a shorter distance than squids and other water mobs

The Bug:

Dolphins stop being visible at a shorter distance than squids and other water mobs.

This is because dolphins are the only mob that doesn't set its own tracking range, so they use the smallest one.

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Set your render distance to 16 chunks and your entity distance to 100%.

  2. Summon a dolphin and a squid by using the commands provided below.

    /summon minecraft:dolphin ~ ~ ~ {NoAI:1b,Invulnerable:1b,PersistenceRequired:1b}
    /summon minecraft:squid ~2 ~ ~ {NoAI:1b,Invulnerable:1b,PersistenceRequired:1b}
  3. Move 90 blocks away from them by using the command provided below.

    /tp @s ~ ~ ~90 180 0
  4. Obtain a spyglass, use it to look at the mobs, and observe if both mobs are still visible.

Observed Behavior:

The dolphin isn’t visible, but the squid beside it is.

Expected Behavior:

The dolphin would be visible from as far away as the squid.
