The Bug:
Lightning removes the wax from a waxed copper golem, unlike waxed copper blocks.
When lightning strikes a waxed copper golem that has some level of oxidation, it removes one stage of rust but also removes its wax. Waxed copper blocks keep their wax when struck by lightning, therefore introducing an inconsistency.
Steps to Reproduce:
Summon a weathered copper golem by using the command provided below.
/summon minecraft:copper_golem ~ ~ ~ {weather_state:"weathered",Invulnerable:1b}Use a honeycomb on the copper golem.
Strike it with lightning by using the command provided below.
/execute at @n[type=minecraft:copper_golem,limit=1] run summon minecraft:lightning_bolt ~ ~ ~Use a honeycomb on the copper golem again.
Observe if the honeycomb is used.
Observed Behavior:
The honeycomb is used, indicating that the lightning removed the wax from the copper golem.
Expected Behavior:
The honeycomb wouldn't be used, as the copper golem would keep its wax, just like waxed copper blocks.
