The narrator doesn’t read the descriptions or "Incompatible" warnings of resource packs and data packs

The Bug:

The narrator doesn’t read the descriptions or "Incompatible" warnings of resource packs and data packs.

In the world and server lists, the narrator reads each entry's details and warnings, such as "Experimental" and "Incompatible version!". In the resource pack and data pack screens, the narrator only reads the pack's name, leaving out the description shown under it and the "Incompatible" warning shown on packs made for another version, therefore introducing an inconsistency.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Download the attached “Test” resource pack and place it into the .minecraft\resourcepacks folder.

2. Enable the narrator.

3. Cick on the "Options” button, then the "Resource Packs" button.

4. Hover over the “Test” resource pack.

5. Observe if the narrator reads the pack's description and the "Incompatible" warning.

Observed Behavior:

The narrator only reads the pack's name without its description or the "Incompatible" warning.

Expected Behavior:

The narrator would read the pack's name, description, and "Incompatible" warning.
