Transparent Textures Become Opaque When Enchantment Glint is Applied

When I was making some resource packs for 1.21.11, I included some transparent elements to the textures. When I updated the resource pack to the latest release, those transparent elements became opaque when the items had the enchantment glint applied to them. After further testing, the same applies to any transparent texture with the enchantment overlay, though the issue only occurs when the glint strength is set to 100%. After some research, this looks like it came with the improved transparency features introduced in 26.3 Snapshot 2. Enchanted transparency isn’t a standard requirement for core vanilla gameplay, as there are no enchantable items that have transparency in survival, (to my knowledge,) but it does pose a problem for custom textures and models, and maybe adventure maps as well. I don’t think that the transparency of an enchanted texture is suppose to be determined by an accessibility setting.
