Dispensers cannot give carved pumpkins or glowstone to sulfur cubes

The Bug:

Dispensers cannot give carved pumpkins or glowstone to sulfur cubes.

A dispenser facing a sulfur cube gives it any block that sulfur cubes can absorb. A player can give carved pumpkins and glowstone to a sulfur cube by hand, but not by dispenser, therefore introducing an inconsistency.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Place down a dispenser and put a carved pumpkin inside of it.

2. Stand in front of the dispenser and summon a sulfur cube by using the command provided below.

   /summon minecraft:sulfur_cube ~ ~ ~ {Size:1,NoAI:1b}

3. Move away from the front of the dispenser, activate it, and observe if the sulfur cube absorbs the carved pumpkin.

4. Replace the carved pumpkin in the dispenser with glowstone, activate the dispenser again, and observe if the sulfur cube absorbs the glowstone.

Observed Behavior:

The said blocks are not absorbed by the sulfur cube. The carved pumpkin stays inside of the dispenser, and the glowstone is thrown out as an item.

Expected Behavior:

The said blocks would be absorbed by the sulfur cube.
