You can extinguish candle cakes by hand in adventure mode

The Bug:

You can extinguish candle cakes by hand in adventure mode.

Since MC-204707 was fixed, candles can't be extinguished by hand in adventure mode. However, the candle on a candle cake can still be extinguished by using an empty hand on it, therefore introducing an inconsistency.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Place down a cake, put a candle on it, and light the candle.

2. Switch to adventure mode and use an empty hand on the candle on top of the cake.

3. Observe if the candle is extinguished.

Observed Behavior:

You can extinguish candle cakes by hand in adventure mode.

Expected Behavior:

You would not be able to extinguish candle cakes by hand in adventure mode, matching the behavior of candles.
