Using buckets, bottles, or dyed items on cauldrons doesn't trigger sculk shriekers

The Bug:

Using buckets, bottles, or dyed items on cauldrons doesn't trigger sculk shriekers.

Filling or emptying a cauldron with a bucket or bottle or washing dyed items in one, activates nearby sculk sensors but never triggers sculk shriekers. Just to be clear, this affects any dyed items like banners, leather horse armor, wolf armor, shulker boxes, etc.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Place down a cauldron.

2. Place down a sculk shrieker and then a sculk sensor next to one another.

3. Obtain a water bucket, switch to survival mode, and fill the cauldron using the bucket.

4. Observe if the sculk shrieker shrieks.

Observed Behavior:

The sculk sensor activates, but the sculk shrieker doesn't shriek.

Expected Behavior:

The sculk shrieker would shriek.
