The Bug:

Making mud with water bottles doesn't trigger sculk shriekers.

Using a water bottle on dirt to make mud near a sculk sensor activates the sensor but doesn't trigger the sculk shrieker next to it.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Place down some dirt and obtain a water bottle.

2. Place down a sculk shrieker and then a sculk sensor next to one another.

3. Switch to survival mode and convert the dirt into mud by using the water bottle.

4. Observe if the sculk shrieker shrieks.

Observed Behavior:

The sculk sensor activates, but the sculk shrieker doesn't shriek.

Expected Behavior:

The sculk shrieker would shriek.
