Adding or removing items from chiseled bookshelves, shelves, and jukeboxes doesn't trigger sculk shriekers

The Bug:

Adding or removing items from chiseled bookshelves, shelves, and jukeboxes doesn't trigger sculk shriekers.

Putting items into or taking them out of chiseled bookshelves, shelves, and jukeboxes activates nearby sculk sensors but never triggers sculk shriekers.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Place down a shelf and obtain some dirt.

2. Place down a sculk shrieker and then a sculk sensor next to one another.

3. Switch to survival mode and place the dirt on the shelf.

4. Observe if the sculk shrieker shrieks.

Observed Behavior:

The sculk sensor activates, but the sculk shrieker doesn't shriek.

Expected Behavior:

The sculk shrieker would shriek.
