Igniting a sulfur cube holding TNT doesn't trigger sculk shriekers

The Bug:

Igniting a sulfur cube holding TNT doesn't trigger sculk shriekers.

Igniting a sulfur cube that's holding TNT near a sculk sensor activates the sensor but doesn't trigger the sculk shrieker next to it.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Place down a sculk shrieker and then a sculk sensor next to one another.

2. Summon a sulfur cube that's holding TNT by using the command provided below.

   /summon minecraft:sulfur_cube ~ ~ ~ {Size:1,NoAI:1b,equipment:{body:{count:1,id:"minecraft:tnt"}}}

3. Obtain some flint and steel, switch to survival mode, and ignite the sulfur cube.

4. Observe if the sculk shrieker shrieks.

Observed Behavior:

The sculk sensor activates, but the sculk shrieker doesn't shriek.

Expected Behavior:

The sculk shrieker would shriek.
