The `block.ice.ambient` sound event is controlled by the "Blocks" sound category instead of "Ambient/Environment"

The Bug:

The block.ice.ambient sound event is controlled by the "Blocks" sound category instead of "Ambient/Environment".

This is inconsistent with other blocks that have idle sounds like leaves and sand, therefore introducing an inconsistency.

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Enable closed captions.

  2. Replace the ground below you with ice on top of water by using the commands provided below.

    /fill ~-20 ~-2 ~-20 ~20 ~-2 ~20 minecraft:water
    /fill ~-20 ~-1 ~-20 ~20 ~-1 ~20 minecraft:ice
  3. Open the options menu and click on the "Music & Sounds..." button.

  4. Turn the "Ambient/Environment" volume slider to 0% and the "Blocks" slider to 100%.

  5. Stand in the middle of the ice and wait for about a minute.

  6. Observe if the ice ambient sound is played.

Observed Behavior:

The ice ambient sound is controlled by the "Blocks" sound category.

Expected Behavior:

The ice ambient sound would be controlled by the "Ambient/Environment" sound category.
