The Bug:

You can extinguish campfires with shovels in adventure mode.

A player in adventure mode cannot light campfires with flint and steel. However, using a shovel on a lit campfire extinguishes it in adventure mode, therefore introducing an inconsistency.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Place down a campfire and obtain a shovel.

2. Switch to adventure mode and use the shovel on the campfire.

3. Observe if the campfire is extinguished.

Observed Behavior:

You can extinguish campfires with shovels in adventure mode.

Expected Behavior:

You would not be able to extinguish campfires with shovels in adventure mode.
