The Bug:

You can extinguish fire, campfires, candles, and candle cakes in adventure mode by using splash and lingering water bottles.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Place down a netherrack block, a campfire, a candle, and a candle cake a few blocks apart from each other.

2. Set the netherrack block on fire, and light the candle and the candle cake.

3. Give yourself some splash water bottles by using the commands provided below.

   /give @s minecraft:splash_potion[minecraft:potion_contents={potion:"minecraft:water"}] 4

4. Switch to adventure mode and throw a splash or lingering water bottle at each of the said blocks.

5. Observe if the said blocks were extinguished.

Observed Behavior:

You can extinguish fire, campfires, candles, and candle cakes in adventure mode.

Expected Behavior:

You would not be able to extinguish fire, campfires, candles, and candle cakes in adventure mode.
