Game Crashed, inventory and world no longer synced

Game crashed my computer, inventory is missing items I had but the blocks I broke are also missing and the chests I looted are empty. So basically, everything in a 5-minute window disappeared. And I suppose that also means the world and inventory are not synced properly. I’d provide a crash report or windows stop code, but I didn't get either since my pc basically just restarted while I was playing.
