In version 26.4, dropped items will have a delay before they can be picked up.

In version 26.4, dropped items take 0.5~1 second before they can be picked up.
Steps to reproduce:

1. Enter the game

2. Get an item and press Q to drop it on the ground.
   Expected result: It should be pickable in about 0.3 seconds
   Actual result: There's a significant delay, sometimes even 1 second
