When a jukebox is playing a disc and a disc is added to an empty chest on top, it is correctly identified as the next one to play. However, adding more discs at this point will move the designated “next” disc to the second slot of the chest (or whichever one is the first occupied slot afterwards). Essentially, the first slot of the chest is ignored instead of being checked for a disc.
One consequence of this is that discs will end up playing out of sequence when they’re fed into an empty playlist chest via a hopper, such as in an automatic record player, and the second disc will always be the last to play. The expected behaviour is that the discs should play in the order they were fed into the chest via the hopper.
