The "Other Players" tutorial toast ignores the "Notification Time" setting

The Bug:

The "Other Players" tutorial toast ignores the "Notification Time" setting.

The "Notification Time" setting changes how long notifications stay on the screen, and advancement, recipe, system, friend, and music toasts all follow it. However, the "Other Players" tutorial toast, which is shown the first time a player joins a server, always disappears after 8 seconds, therefore introducing an inconsistency.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Close the game, navigate to the .minecraft folder, open the options.txt file, and set joinedFirstServer to false.

2. Start the game, open the "Accessibility Settings..." menu, and set "Notification Time" to 10.0x.

3. Open a singleplayer world and open it to LAN.

4. Observe if the "Other Players" toast disappears after about 8 seconds.

Observed Behavior:

The "Other Players" tutorial toast always disappears after 8 seconds.

Expected Behavior:

The "Other Players" tutorial toast would follow the "Notification Time" setting, just like other toasts.
