Most of the time when I reload a world any blocks I recently placed will be gone , and any blocks I recently broke will be back.I can not tell you how to recreate it , 1 day it just started happening , but i know it started in 1.3.2.

The majority of bugs are minor bugs. A major bug would be something like MineCraft crashing on everyone's system on a new release regardless of setup.

Personal Experience: I have experienced what was stated in both tickets on my own personal server. Sometimes items dupe, sometimes they do not. However the source is the same problem, and can be very irritating at times. Since the client timeout doesn't happen quickly, I've gone by 5 min of things braking, not dropping and sometimes after reconnect, items dupe or disappear from inventory. All the work that was done is then gone. Essentially what you are seeing is two symptoms of the same problem.

But mine was blocks that were placed , not items in the invetory

Correct, this issue affects both. Blocks placed or destroyed will reappear or seem to never be placed. Items in the inventory dupe or disappear... MC-2656 I think has a better description of the overall problem.
Why does it say that this is minor? It is preventing me from playing minecraft ,1 of my favorite games.
