Steps to reproduce:
Place a sign and open its text editing screen.
Type some text on multiple lines.
Press the up or down arrow key to move between lines.
Expected result:
The text cursor should move to the target line and stay visible normally.
Actual result:
No visible cursor movement feedback after pressing up/down arrow keys. The cursor disappears entirely. You cannot continue editing until you close and re-open the sign edit interface.

Can confirm as well. This probably has to do with the changes made to GUI edit boxes in 26.4 Snapshot 7. Now when navigating with arrow keys, any edit boxes you select will be unfocused and you need to press Space or Enter to focus and be able to write in them. This seems to have unintentionally affected the sign and hanging sign interfaces as well.
