[MC-3135] Players and items on halfslabs placed on iceblocks, behaves as if they were on iceblocks

When players walks on halfslabs placed on iceblocks, they move as if they were walking on ice.

When an item is thrown on halfslabs placed on iceblocks, they slide as if they were thrown on ice.

Sorry about that, I had been searching for halfslabs instead of just slabs to see if the issue had already been raised.
