I accidentally walked on a weighted pressure plate and it acted as if it was a regular pressure plate. Screenshot attached.

MC-32235 The Weighted Pressure Plate (Light) Does not work properly with stacked items. For Example if you drop a stack of any item on the plate it only sends out a 1 pule redstone signal but if you put more stacks it works. I asume this is a bug Resolved

This is the intended behaviour. In 1.7, weighed pressure plates can also count entities upon them.
