A player was building a house in the new mesa biome. Randomly a chunk regenerates tearing apart half his house in the perfect chunk border lines.
After rebuilding once the same bug happened in the next chunk over and he lost another section of his house.

Crash report added. We have updated since the initial post to the newest snapshot 13w38a. Not sure if that changes any information have not noticed this bug since, but no one has been playing near the site of the bug either since we updated. -I have asked the player to return to playing there and to let me know if any further problems are spotted. I will comment again if we see it again.

Please attach the server.log, at least the part where the server is started and the part if chunks are rebuilding.
Attached a copy of the server log for the relevant times. Blocked out the IP's of the players. Cut out the irrelevant chat. I put in the section where he crashed and then reloged to see a chunk of his build missing which is nearly the same time he posted the two sections where the center of the building was gone in our skype chat.
The server is hosted by fragnet. If that is of any help.
Thanks for noting my java and graphics card, though they do not relate to this issue as that would only effect my client and not the server.

Update server & clients to 13w38c, if that won't help delete the world and recreate it with the same seed.
