Block breaking crack animations don't display on my 13W38A server. Can still break the block, just cannot tell when it's about to break.

Duplicate of MC-31651, please use the search function to see if your bug has already been submitted. Currently over 47% of tickets are being resolved as duplicate.
I test this out and found that it is broken as well. I've seen other posts saying that other animations are broken, so maybe that system just isn't working at the moment. I'm sure we are going to see a 13w38b pretty soon here =P
