[MC-31771] Enchanted books not showing names in latest snapshot 13w38a

When hovering over enchanted books in your inventory or holding them it is impossible to tell what they are as it just says enchanted book but no enchant

According to MC-30822 this issue should've been resolved for 13w38a.
Did you create a new world or did you use a previsously created world ?

This is an existing world from 13w36a. The books are from 13w37b and what is strange is when i downgraded last night back to 13w37b from 13w38a and enchanted it was fine. And carried over to the 13w38a when i upgraded back to it. The issue seems to be fixed but i do still have two books that are missing there stuff. Will post screenshots in MC-30822

Ok, lets ignore books generated in 13w37a/b. As long as books in new worlds generated with 13w38a/b/c are ok, that issue is fixed.
