[MC-31912] shaders aren't working

I went into multiple worlds, expecting the shaders to work, but they didn't

I really don't know what else to say

Also on the c version? try going into 13w38b and in the video settings enable "Postprocessing". Then try again and click on the "Super Secret Settings" button. That should change the shaders.
