Blurry Textures In Game. Not fixed by super secret settings.

I started up my game in snapshot 13w38b, like I have many times before.
This time all the textures in game (The backgrounds and buttons, health and hotbar were fine) were blurry as if on one of the Super Secret settings. I'v seen this problem and the way to fix it was to change the super secret settings. Well, I'v cycled through all of the settings and they don't fix it.

The textures remain blurred no matter what texture/resource pack is used.
