[MC-32174] "view-distance" can't be set higher than 10

Minecraft Server Version 13w38c

"view-distance" doesn't seem to accept values higher than 10.

It seems that it still work for lower values (3 to 9).

It won't show you any more far than on 8, with 10 or more, it only may show you a little more on corners. And it is duplicate of MC-31622

I always use the search function, thanks.

I searched for "view-distance" and anything related to the server or the "server.properties" file.

I was convinced that it was not a singleplayer issue... I should have test it a little more.
