[MC-32222] Item frames blocks light from torches

As you can see in the images, the item frames blocks the light from the torches, creating shadows as if the light couldn't pass through them.

Seeing as you have smooth lighting deactivated naturally light is decreased per block.

As drastically as in the image?

Let's take the middle chest in the corner. It's light level is 9, just 2 levels above where mobs are starting to spawn.

Oh, I was counting the light level diagonally, but it appears that it's calculated horizontally then vertically. I'm right?
