[MC-32258] Carpet blocks Enchantment Table with Bookshelves

Enchantment Table
Carpet
Bookshelf

How to reproduce

Place Enchantment Table as you would with Bookshelves, place Carpet between Enchantment Table and Bookshelves. The result, Enchantment Table uses minimum level and is not affected by any Bookshelves.
