[MC-32272] A skeleton didn't burned in the sun

Was night, and then was day again. When walking in my village, I noticed that a skeleton didn't burned in the sun. It wasn't in the water, neither in strong shadow. So it appears to be a bug.

That skeleton stands exactly under an overhang.

A 1 block shadow is already enough to keep undead mobs alive.

Oh, the mob doesn't need shadow at all, just one block above it's head. Thank you.
