Problem only seems to persist if being played on an external monitor connected through the Thunderbolt port. Upon pressing 'E' to bring up the inventory in survival mode, the game often crashes to the blue crash report screen. Report file attached to this submission.

Based on a crash report provided in this issue, I believe with high certainty that this report may be a duplicate of MC-2629. If I am wrong, please go yell at Dinnerbone.
