Can't use the anvil while language isn't English

When i try to rename an item on an anvil, either it's a block, item or a weapon, it works. But when I try to fix a tool/armor, the language name gets messed up.

When you have language on, the anvil is completely useless, at least with Pirate Speak on, it doesn't work.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Change your language to Pirate Speak.
2. Try to fix a tool/armor without changing its name.
3. Doesn't work
