Torch flame graphical glitch resulting in a torch's flame flickering randomly on the screen

Anytime I put a torch a graphical glitch appears when I pass walking putting the actual torch particles in mi screen moving all around for a miliseconds, this happens very usually and a lot of people seem to be complaining about it, so it's not just my problem. This appeared on 1.4.4 and that was supposed to be a fixed update, never happened on 1.4.2 or before, and 1.4.5 seems to be the same
