i got this problem on my mp server since 13w38a so my best guess its some sort of problem with the rendering, i sometimes randomly crash, most of the times when i try to enter the my village. From the moment i crash i keep crashing every time i login, the only fix i found is by having someone with operator acces teleport me a few meters closer to the village the second i login on the server

I am having the same error. When I try to log in to the server, the graphics load for an instant and then it crashes back to the launcher. I deleted the game files and loaded again, that put me at the world spawn and deleted all of my items. Taking the nether portal back to my base area caused the game to crash again the instant it loaded the overworld.
My launcher log is very similar except that it also contains these lines above the line "A fatal error has been detected...":

Another bug resolution pointed me to update my graphics drivers. I currently have the most recent version of those drivers.
