[MC-33137] dispenser

i was in my ideas place testing machines redstone machines for fact and it seems like the dispenser is not shooting arrows when i switch it on this is one annoying bug i cant deal with or have ruining my farms or contraptions

i was actually using a dispenser its just a problem with arrows not showing the item frame wont come out right i know what the dropper is also its used to dispense stuff or drop items and the dispenser is used for weapons or traps

I am having a similar problem, I is not just with arrows, I believe it might have a part to do with the way it receives 'redstone' signals, because like with the arrows my 'auto-armor-equiping-machine-thingy' will fire once out of the two bottom dispensers, but upon second attempt, they do not shoot. I have made it several different ways. It's as if the dispenser temporarily holds a 'redstone' signal. Hope this is helpful, and I hope it can be fixed...
