Breaking Minecart with Command Blocks name the Minecart "@".
What I expected to happen was...:
I thought the Minecart with Command Block would just drop a regular Minecart.
What actually happened was...:
The Minecart with Command Block changed the tool-tip from "Minecart" to "@."
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Place the Minecart with Command Block
2. ... Break the Minecart With Command Block
3. ... The Minecart will say "@" instead of "Minecart."

Cannot confirm.
When breaking the Minecart in survival, I get a "Minecart", when breaking in Creative, I get nothing.
I think I what you are seeing is MC-33312.
I can reproduce it. You need to place Command Block Minecart on rail and reopen your world. Tested only on singleplayer.
