[MC-33219] New resourcepack menu does not support color codes

Old resourcepack menu supported text format codes like "§7" or "§l". Now they are unsupported. For example, a resourcepack called "My Resourcepack" had green comment coded "§2Changed Sounds and Textures". Now format codes are shown as "unsupported character" and format definition character.

The § character is not supported, and never really was. They're phasing it out.

Bad news. It means that color in menu is no longer supported, and text will have boring-grey color and it's no way to runaway from greyness ='((((((((

That doesn't mean they won't replace it with some other method of formatting, like they did with chat.
