[MC-3341] Painting overlapping issue

When placing pictures against a wall quite quickly they can overlap, as seen in these photos and video:

15th duplicate of MC-208 , please use the search function to see if your bug has already been submitted. Currently over 25% of tickets are being closed as duplicate.
