Pistons creates piston heads when they break sugar cane

2 piston push against a 3 hight sugar cane will create a fake piston head on the top one. This is not a visual glicht, the piston head is there and can be destroyed. The bug may be related to the direction of the piston because I could not duplicate the bug with pistons looking north.
