Not sure if this is a bug or not, but when I throw an Enderpearl near an item frame, the frame gets knocked off the wall, losing whatever item was displayed.
I don't mind losing the item, I just wasn't sure if the frame should get knocked off by a Pearl.

Can almost confirm.
Yes, when I fired an ender pearl at an item frame with an item in it, it did knock the item frame off the wall, which to me is expected as ender pearls do damage.
However, the item frame definitely dropped the item it was holding which I subsequently picked up.

Paintings and Item Frames can be knocked off by Snowballs, Fishing Rods, Arrows, Eggs and Ender Pearls.
Couldn't reproduce in 1.4.5pre
