[MC-34804] Colored Glass on top of Normal Glass causes Graphical Errors.

When placing a colored glass block on top of a normal glass block, the face inbetween them starts to glitch out. It starts shaking and stretching slightly.

Duplicate of MC-34766. This probably happens with most, if not all, transparent blocks.

Torabi: I checked before I posted and nobody had posted. That issue and the one that it "was a duplicate of" were posted while I typed mine up.
